There is nothing more appealing than a bowl of fresh avocado salad (guacamole). Avocados are a good fat and one that should be used often. Do not overdo the use of avocados though. While avocados are recommended by many raw foodist as a fresh food delight, remember that 1/2 of an avocado a day is sufficient or 1 avocado every other day.
Eating healthy begins with smart eating. Olive oil is another raw staple, but taken in excess, it too can be a negative affect on your diet. 1 cup of olive oil contains 2000 calories. Moderation is the key in any diet. This simple salad will brighten your day and increase your health 10 fold because it is full of fresh vegetables and then iceberg lettuce is use to wrap your salad in opposed to bread, crackers or other gluten products.
