One of my favorite cakes and by the way not available in Jordan is Angel Food Cake. This sponge cake is not a traditional angel food cake because of the egg yolks, but it comes out light and fluffy and just perfect for any occasion. I have upgraded the cake slightly to make it more scrumptious and included some fresh whipped cream and strawberries. You can cheat and use Cool Whip if you desire.
